Bereavement Support Program

For family members and friends who have lost a loved one to ALS.

Day of Remembrance

Day of Remembrance

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday, March 18 for the Golden West Chapter's Day of Remembrance to honor loved ones lost to ALS.

Events like this, along with our advocacy and fundraising efforts, cannot happen without the support of families sharing their ALS story. If you, or someone you know, is interested in learning more about opportunities to share with the ALS Community, please reach out to dayofremembrance@alsagoldenwest.org.

If you would like to make a tribute gift in honor of your loved one, please use the “Make a Gift” button below. Donations to the Golden West Chapter are greatly appreciated, and power our mission priorities related to care, research, and advocacy.

If you would like to view the program, or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Janelle Webb, Family Outreach Specialist, at dayofremembrance@alsagoldenwest.org or (818) 635-7187.
