The Golden West Chapter of The ALS Association proudly serves thirty-one counties throughout California and the state of Hawaii. We are dedicated to providing people with ALS and their loved ones with compassionate and professional care services, free of charge.

We offer critically-needed information and resources which are proven to increase longevity, enhance quality of life, and help with the daily challenges of living with ALS.

Chapter Resource Maps for California and Hawaii

Thanks to our collaboration with ESRI, Inc., a company that provides state-of-the-art mapping and analytics systems to industries all over the world, and to the innovation of two of their employees touched by ALS, Pat Dolan and Matthew Thomas, we have Chapter resource maps for both California and Hawaii, so that people with ALS and their families can find the nearest Golden West Chapter support groups, multidisciplinary ALS centers and clinics, and community outreach events in their area.
